“We Were Unable to Approve Your Blog”

Lifestyle · March 14, 2008

I tried to sign up for a service where I’d get paid to write a blog based on whatever someone wanted me to write about. I thought it was a good idea since I enjoy writing, just usually can’t think of anything to write about. However, I was denied. Apparently, I have to have 10 original blog posts within the past 30 days.

This got me thinking. It’s sort of sad that I can’t come up with at least 10 things to write about in a month. I don’t want to use this place for a personal journal. I want to write about things that are helpful and useful to others. So, I’ve decided to make it a personal goal of mine to post at least twice a week from now on. Some people might thing some of the posts will be irrelevant and not helpful at all. But I’m trying to achieve a goal, dammit! So those people, will have to just keep movin’ if they see a post they’re not interested in.

I’m going to attempt to write 2 a week for 3 months starting today. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

That would be awesome. Consider I checked my list of blogs twice a day, it would be nice to see some new content. Of course, this is coming from the guy who has gone a month with no posts whatsoever. I’m pretty sure I’ll have plenty of content to write about now.

2 per week is actually a stretch goal… good luck.
