Too long ago I heard two statements that became my life mantras. The first, “good enough is never good enough.” The second, “everyone is replaceable.” Used in varying contexts, these sound downright cold-hearted. However, when used in terms of quality, crisis, and progression, these very simple phrases have helped steer me down the right path in situations too numerous to count.

And so, it is with my trusty phrases that I march on. I want to set reasonable, but high expectations for both myself and those I rely on. But not so high that they are unattainable. “What does this have to do with this section of the site?” you ask. The answer is…everything. Get to know me through my work or my life and you’ll see exactly what I mean.
